HOW TO START A PROJECT

All Design Services projects begin with either a Job Card or a Space Form submission.

Use the guide below to determine the appropriate pathway and understand the project delivery process.

🔵 SUMBIT A JOB CARD

For maintenance-related works, furniture requests, signage and minor upgrades.

🟢 SUBMIT A SPACE FORM

For new facilities, refurbishments, space planning and capital projects.

What happens next?

After your Job Card or Space Form is submitted, Design Services will review your request, consult with stakeholders where required, develop the project scope, and guide the project through design, approvals, procurement and implementation.
